Arrival Time: - Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule. 4. Preparation: - Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best application. - Avoid using oil-based products around your eyes before your appointment. 5. Health and Safety: - If you have any eye infections or irritations, please reschedule your appointment. - Inform the lash technician of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the service. 6. Refunds: - We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already provided. Adjustments can be made within 24 hours.
